What Causes Fatigue And Pain In The Shoulder While Suffering From Emphysema?

I ve been sick for 6 weeks with Influenza A n pleurisy. I had the flu shot. I have mild Emphysema. The last 3 days been so fatigued and have severe pain in back of left shoulder, across shoulder bone n down part of arm, it worsened last night and still have now even after all the pain relief medication I have had. Also abdominal pain that comes and goes Been sweating profusely. I m on Targin 15 mg morning n night n have been taking Endone and anti inflammatory for the pain but today it s not working for pain in left shoulder. Not sleeping at night n pain in middle top of spine as well and chest which comes and goes. My throat is also very sore and was not previously. Had ECG 3 days ago and was normal n my puffer not helping with breathlessness Thank You Charmaine

I think the pleurosy itself is causing pain and it is getting radiated to the shoulder. If that gets controlled this might go too.
