What Causes Fatigue And Painful Urination?

Hi, my husband is a 58 1/2 year old white male, for the last week or 2, he has been experiencing weak and often painful urinating, also he is seeing traces of blood in his urine. This past Thursday night, he was burning up with a fever of 101.9, sweating, very pale and flushed. He has had kidney stones before and had his appendix removed. Now when he urinates, his stream is very weak and painful and has not had a bowel movement in the last four or five days.
