What Causes Fatigue And Poor Concentration While Suffering From Diabetes?

I am suffring from type1 DM on insulin and also have thyroide problem both from 15 years ago now I am 26 now but I am facing more complicationsds bcz of thyroide my level fluctuate regularly I HV seen 0.16 to 11.00 min or max level of tsh in past year .I am felling tired and unique pain in my back and shoulder none balm effect on it and suddenly pain disappear and come again I loss my concentration and interest feel very bad health but sugar level is normal but some times it also fluctuate without any reason and controlled automatically plz help me

Hello,

I think you should control thyroid function and take the needed dosage of medications to keep yourself stabilized. Also you may need to do a total blood count with formula to check for iron deficiency anemia.
