What Causes Fatigue And Profuse Sweating After Suffering A Heart Attack?
My son in law had a heart attack 1 year ago... (Widow maker/1 stint put in) he is on heart medication which he claims makes him tired and makes him sweat profusely.the last 2 weeks he is experiencing fatigue and swollen glands...he falls asleep in an instant and often...actually every time he sits. He even nods off in the middle of a conversation/movie..I suggested going to the ER blood pressure was 93/59. Your suggestions please? We are in Florida right now in the extreme heat and he has gone on 2 fishing charters one in which he cut short . They are supposed to fly back home early tomorrow...advice??
After going through medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that most likely he is experiencing low blood pressure or low oxygen levels. Heart medication can make him feel weak but swetting this needs to be considered, also check his blood sugar levels.
It’s recommended for him to reconstitute his treating cardiologist to run basic cardiac test and adjust medicine dose accordingly.
Hopefully This information will guide you properly.
Kind Regards Dr Bhanu Partap
