What Causes Fatigue And Shortness Of Breath After Cervical Spinal Fusion Surgery?

I had a cervical fusion done on November 12th and now I am experiencing fatigue and shortness of breath when talking. The shortness of breath just started today. I am also experiencing major anxiety, muscle tightness all over. It is impacting my ability to get a good night sleep.
