What Causes Fatigue And Shortness Of Breath While Suffering From Kidney Cancer?

Hello, I have been ill for approx 3 yrs with 2 years ago I got diagnosed with Kidney Cancer (had surgery and recovered), however the past 6 months I have gone back to where I was 3 years ago with fatigue, shortness of breath (constant cough), nausea feeling with bloating, weight gain, stomach pains. I have had a couple of CT scans recently for Kidney follow ups - would this show anything for stomach or pancreas...

It could be due to conditions like effusion (collection of fluid in the lungs).
Consult a physician and get evaluated.
Detailed evaluation is required including a chest X-ray and echo test.
