Hi,

As per your brief history, there can be a problem in the heart due to infection which is located in the throat. Sore throat is a bacterial infection that sometimes can lead to heart problems and chest pain. Therefore, patients may have high blood pressure, pulse, irregular heart beat or enlarged heart.

Infections often lead to weakness and fatigue. However, to tell precisely whether it is all due to sore throat or other problems as well, I suggest you to get yourself examined by a cardiologist so that your problem can be properly identified and addressed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
