What Causes Fatigue And Weakness In The Legs While On Ranexa?

I take Ranexa 500mg per day and I recently changed my Vitamin B12 from 250mg per day to 1000mg per day. I am experiencing tiredness, a feeling that my leg mussels are not working right. I stopped taking the Ranexa and the B12 and everything got back to normal. Now my angina is coming back. Could it be the B12 interacting with the Ranexa causing my issue.

No it is not interacting each other. Ranexa side-effects is dizziness and headache. Please take vitamin supplimation and change ranexa and take alternative drug for it.
