What Causes Fatigue, Back Pain And Spasms In The Chest?
Hi, I just came from walk in clinic at my doctors office. I went there because I felt fatigued and feeling like something isn t regulated in my system. Also experiencing numbness from a nerve problem in my upper/mid/lower back and shooting pains throughout as well as a spasm in my left part of the chest. They did an e.k.g and x-ray and both came back negative. They even pulled up my blood work that was done, and only thing they could see was my vitamin D was low. They didn t give me anything but 81mg aspirin they said for my heart and wanted me to follow up with Dr. What can I do to increase my vitamin D back to normal so I wont have to worry about cardiovascular disease or cancer? Thank you, John
The vitamin D can be improved by vitamin D3 medications prescribed by the physician if too much on a lower scale. Also, sunbath is the major source for vitamin D.
Regarding pain underneath the chest - since the ECG and X-RAY is normal you shouldn't worry much. Because certain times due to gastric issues also there is misconceptions about cardiovascular problems.
For pains related to spinal nerves for the neck, thorax and lower back I will device physiotherapy so they can guide you for not only for the pains and aches but also improve the cardiovascular endurance.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
