What Causes Fatigue, Chills, Fuzzy Feeling In The Head And Nausea?

For the past couple of days I wake up and I feel great but then by the afternoon I feel very fatigued, I will randomly get the chills (which I am usually always hot), my head feels fuzzy, and i will be hungry but the thought of food makes me feel nasuea.

Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to infection and most probable infection is viral infection so you will have to be patient for few days. If the symptoms persist or it is the high grade fever then you will have to go for routine blood test examination till then you can try tab Acetaminophen with Domperidone as per needed.
