What Causes Fatigue, Cough And Cold?

Hi, I was feeling weak since last few weeks so Dr. told its viral infection and given medicines. After 5 days course I am feeling same head and ear filled with cough but no cold or cough and no fever. So Dr. told to do blood urine test all other reports normal only Typhi O is positive 1:160 but I dont have any fever temp. is 97. So is it typhoid? I am confused as per Dr. start typhoid medicines but I am confused its typhoid or anything else. NO FEVER

Hi,

In the acute stage, Antigen O is positive and titer will be more than 1:160. O antigen appears early and also disappear early. So, even if you don't have fever you should continue the medications for typhoid.
