Hi, I had an upper endoscopy a week ago. Following the procedure I had pressure where my stomach and esphogas meet. It went away when my medication was increased. I still felt fatigue, the next day I experienced dizziness and light headness, and over whelming fullness which was diagnosed as vertigo. Within a few days later the fullness and appetite was back to normal. But I was still dizzy and begun experiencing ear pressure that got gradually worse with a headache. Yesterday I went back to the doctor they said it is a tension headache. They checked my ears and sinus and saw no infection. I felt completely fine prior to the endoscopy with the exception of acid reflux. As a result of this I have not been to work in a week. Do I need to be concern?
