What Causes Fatigue, Dizziness And Nausea With Lack Of Concentration?

What causes a recent onset of lack of focus, mental blackouts, physically dropping things for no reason, increase of headaches? Fatigue is almost constant. General feeling of unwell, some nausea, also lightheadedness. Latest symptom is chilling all the time, even in warm place. My daughter has been suffering these symptoms more and more in the last three months.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fatigue, dizziness and nausea with lack of concentration . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like acute sinusitis ,diabetes, type 2 , mumps , multiple sclerosis , kidney disease , low blood pressure and sleep apnea .

I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination . Doctor order ECG ,valsalva maneuver and tilt table test . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with fludrocortisone and recommend to take more salt and drink more fluid . Drink green tea .

Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist if there is problem related to ear . Doctor may also refer you to psychologist .
