What Causes Fatigue, Dizziness And Temporary Loss Of Vision?
Very recently I have been fatiguing easily, I get dizzy, my peripheral vision seems to be restricted, and I stagger around. I can t walk across the room wiithout getting winded. I have a heart murmur (but it didn t help me avoid the draft. I am concerned about heart faiilure.

The problem you are currently faced may be related to heart failure. Also, you may need to get tested for diabetes doing fasting glucose levels, postprandial glucose levels and HbA1c. Diabetes may be a reason for your symptoms.
