General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you had unprotected sex & now missed periods associated with fatigue & headache, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynae.

You should get blood & urine test done to confirm pregnancy. HCG can be seen earlier in blood than in urine. Your gynae may want an USG(Uterus) done.

Your treatment will depend on your clinical condition. Stay well nourished, well hydrated & take adequate sleep. Stay away from stress & anxiety.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
