What Causes Fatigue In The Leg Along With Visual Obstruction?

Hi. I just had a loss of strength in my right leg combined with a visual obstruction. Both symptoms have been happening occasionally but this time the visual obstruction is longer lasting and I also lost my ability to stand on my right leg. Got any ideas?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to tell you that sudden loss of vision along with weakness in one leg can be a sign of Thrombo-ischemic attack and warrants further investigation.

I would advise you to get yourself assessed by a neurologist as soon as possible. He will perform a clinical and neurological examination to assess your condition. He may also advise an MRI brain depending upon the results of your clinical findings.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma Amman
