What Causes Fatigue, Joint Pains, Stiff Neck And Sore Muscles?

Hi, I am never one to question my health. I haven t been to the doctor in forever (maybe that s the issue) but I have been having some symptoms that are really out of character. 1. exhaustion 2. fatigue after working out 3. joint pain 4. sore muscles 5. stiff neck and shooting pain down arm. I m 24 and seemingly very healthy. Just wondering if I should check in on these symptoms that began about a week ago. Nothing has changed in my diet or work out regime.

It is mostly due to some viral infection for which you can take some antibiotic like cefixime or oflox after an expert opinion along with akilos-p or dan-mr for sore muscles and body-ache. Take multivitamins along with protein powder in milk twice daily. Take healthy and nutritious diet with high fiber content.
