What Causes Fatigue, Loss Of Appetite, Nausea And Dizziness?

I have been experiecing unusual extreme fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, shortness of breath and dizziness. I am 54 and have been on high blood pressure and prempro medications, which I have had no unusual side effects from previously. I have been feeling this way for approximately 2 weeks. I have not see my hea!th care provider yet. Any idea s??

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea and dizziness . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like acute sinusitis ,diabetes type 2 , multiple sclerosis , low blood pressure and sleep apnea . The symptoms can also occur due to condition like diabetes or food allergy .

I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination . Doctor order ECG ,valsalva maneuver and tilt table test . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with fludrocortisone and recommend to take more salt and drink more fluid .

Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist if there is problem related to ear or endocrinologist for condition like diabetes .
