What Causes Fatigue, Memory Problems, Changed Vision And Breathlessness?
I wake up shaking. When I work I get tired fast. When I walk it feels like my legs are just going to sit me down. Memory recall is taking a hit. Sometimes hard to get ideas out. Especially words I would use regularly. Vision has changed quite a bit this year. I have a past history of boxing and was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. I m usually out of breath. However my last X ray was clear. I m 6 2 Caucasian male and currently weigh 298 lbs.

The symptoms of Tiredness, Vision, lack of energy, breathlessness etc are related with Sarcoidosis. Your normal last X ray does not mean that you have recovered. I think you need to go to your Physician for further investigation. He might put you on Presdnisolone or other heavy drugs like azathioprine, methotrexate, mycophenolic acid, and leflunomide etc. This will help in halting the disease process and improving the quality of life.

Looking to the symptoms given here may due to early changes of ageing and at the most CT brain can be done to rule out other possibilities, routine medical examination would be necessary, else this is nothing to worry ( comment:- Some usual ageing changes need to be adjusted accordingly else this could cause panic attack)
