Along with medical treatment you need to avoid carbs, fried ,fast foods , tea , coffee , alcohol , smoking and I will suggest to increase intake of protiens , vitamins , mineral in natural form-- fresh fruit , green veges and and supplements full of antioxidents -ginger ,garlic , lemon juice with warm water, stevia ,fresh coconut water and fish for omega 3 and lot of water to help alley toxins from your body .
Aloe vera juice 30 ml + Amla juice 2 spoons , helps kill becteria on mass basis is great antioxidant .
. Turmeric powder a level spoon with a cup of hot milk + a spoon of almond oil at bed time serves as great antioxidant .
