What Causes Fatigue, Nausea And Frequent Urination?

What can be the cause of fatigue, nausea, frequent urination and late menses, other than pregnancy (2 blood draws came back - as well as 2 over the counter urine test) and my thyroid test came back normal as well. I thank you for your prompt response.

Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Urinary tract infection or diabetes can give such symptoms. Even if the OTC urine test is negative.
Such tests are not the best we have.
I suggest you to have urine analysis and urine culture test. Glucose level in the blood should be also checked.

Regards.
