Hello I would like to ask what would be more likely the diagnose for these following symptoms: fatigue, nauseous, missed period, increased hunger, weakness when I don t eat on time, increased temperature of the body, dizziness, irritability and frequent urination. I been having these symptoms for months now but due to not having insurance I was unable to go to a doctor for a check up. thank you,

Welcome to HCM. Sorry about your health issue. Please note that what you have written down as symptoms is pregnancy until dis-proven by a BLOOD test. I would urge you to have a pregnancy test at a local clinic/there are free clinics somewhere near you , search around especially at University Hospitals, they normally have student run clinics. I fear that you are pregnant and not aware of this fact. Good luck and take care.
