What Causes Fatigue, Nipple Discolouration And Irregular Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi doctor, im having the problem of pcos for past few years. I have taken many medicines. Recently taking metformin tab and folic acid tabs. I got married before 6 months back . My menstural date delayed last month 17 days from my period date and miscarried with all pregnancy symptoms. This month also i had all the symptoms of pregnancy like fatigue, nipple around black. Little big breat and tender. But in another 5 days from my period date im very very little bleed spotting now. Pls guide me now .

Hi ,
I understand your concern.
YO\our symptoms suggest pregnancy, but needs to be confirmed by pregnancy test.
As you are late by 5 days in periods this time with the same symptoms.. with spotting ( which can be normal period/ miscarraige/ implantation bleeding ). You should avoid physical / psychological stress.. whwtever the case is.
To differentiate, though costly, you need to go for Blood HCG testing. ( so as to avoid bleeding / abortion like last time .)
- In case test is +ve.. consult a gynecologist immediately for prevention of abortion, ( mostly by hormonal supplement )
- If the test is negative, you should get investigated for hormonal imbalance - thyroid/ ovarian/ PCOD problems ) to start with specific treatment.
