What Causes Fatigue, Numbness In The Mouth And Dizziness?

I ve been extremely fatigued since a gastrol virus 3 weeks ago with worsening symptoms. Numbness in mouth, a strange numbing/fog in my head, ringing in right ear for the last 3 days, dizziness, off balance, dizzy, 0 energy. excessive thirst even though I am drinking fluids. In/out of the doc, er, blood work I am told is normal. body aches stiff neck, back pain, dark smelly urine in the am off/on trouble speaking, thinking, with no improvement in 3 weeks. ER refused to admit because my blood work was normal. Feeling worse every day.
