What Causes Fatigue, Pain In The Eyes And Swollen Glands In The Neck?

I have fatigue, pain in eyes and forehead, swollen glands upper neck and breasts are tender. Doctors say there is nothing wrong with my blood, but want to treat for infection and narcotics for pain, I would rather get a diagnosis than treat symptoms with no diagnosis
