Hello,
Since you have a history of QT abnormality when you had EKG done in the past & then did not get treated. Now, you have pain in the left side chest associated with fatigue,
shortness of breath & pressure in the chest, it is indicative of angina or developing coronary artery disease.
You are suggested to get physically examined, get done
lipid profile, stress tests, x-ray,
echocardiography, EKG, Urinalysis, CBC at the earliest.
Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected. Do regular exercises, eat healthy homemade food, cut on alcohol, smoking & addictions if any.
To get rid of
muscle strain, rib fracture,
costochondritis, you can take NSAIDs, naproxen when needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
