What Causes Fatigue, Sore Breasts And Nipples After Depo Shot?
Hi my last depo injection was December 17th and in the last few weeks I feel my body changing. Im fatigued,sore breasts and nipples also sense of smell is changing I havent had a period yet.i already have a 2 year old so I know what to look for ive done about 4 test in the past month and all say negative but feels like my body is say otherwise.

Depo shot contains medroxyprogesterone, a female natural sex hormone called progesterone that is used in the prevention of unwanted pregnancies from unprotected sexual intercourses. But like other medications this medication has some side effects of its own.
It may cause some change in the menstrual cycles like bleeding more days than usual, heavy or scanty bleeding during periods, misses or absent period, spotting or breakthrough bleeding between periods, vaginal bleeding, vaginal discharge, fatigue, weakness, breast and nipple enlargement and tenderness etc., during the first year. These side effects are mild and usually go away over time as the body adjusts to this medication. But if these side effects persist for long or bother you then you should consult your doctor first for medical attention.
