What Causes Fatigue, Sore Gums, Heart Palpitations And Tiredness?
Hi there my first over all symptom is extreme fatigue, sleeping 8-9 hours and still tired. I recently started having frequent heart palpations and sore gums. This morning I woke up with a spur taste in my mouth that won t go away and a sore neck that is hurrying when I tilt my head down. I m so confused as what this could be.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be nonspecific wait for some time everything would be fine soon, you need to wait for some days if the symptoms does not improved then better to get done the routine blood test, but most of the time this comes to normal, hope this information helps, take care.
