General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi. Sorry to hear about your complaints.
Your concern for your health is appreciable.
As per your description, it seems that you are suffering from a throat infection that is causing symptoms of fatigue/lethargy, fever and cough. All you need to do is to visit your primary physician to get a prescription of appropriate antibiotics. Additionally you may also need cough syrup and anti-inflamotory/antipyretic agents (like aspirin, ibuprofen etc). Wishing you best of health.
Regards.
