Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Fatigue, Tingling Sensation And Joint Pains In A Person With Hypothyroidism?
I have hypothyroidism Hashimoto s w/goiter. Was a kidney donor in 2007. Had a heart blockage afterwards, now have stent, and started with peri feral neuropathy. Now it has spread everywhere, numbness, tingling pain, extreme fatigue, horrible screaming in ears, muscle pain, joint pains, carpel tunnel getting worse, heavy, heavy sweating, burning hot skin and nausea. Would it appear that I am having further thyroid issues?
Check your T3, T4, TSH, free levels and anti-TSH levels. According to their levels, medication can be increased or decreased. My few patients have reported benefit from pain by doing online breathing exercises, you may also join art of living online workshops.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
