Hello Doctor, I have been having an issue for the past 3 months. Not exactly sure on how to explain my symptoms, bottom line is I m always tired / exhausted. I m getting 7-9 hours of sleep daily, drinking plenty of water. I wake up every morning feeling just as tired / exhausted as I did when I went to bed. I have a high quality mattress which is 3 years old. I m also experiencing muscle fatigue throughout my body. I constantly feel as if I had an intensive full body workout. I m 28 male 5 10 185lbs living in Phoenix, Arizona. I work outside during the day, and with temperatures ranging into 120 degrees I am conscious about drinking plenty of water and eating healthy. My motivation is becoming weaker. It s becoming more of a chore to get myself out of bed on my days off. When I do get out of bed, the soreness is sometimes overwhelming. Drowsiness sticks with me, feeling as if I had weights strapped to my limbs. Any advise is well appreciated. My work schedule is overbearing, I work Monday - Friday, 12hrs a day, so making an appointment to meet with a doctor seems impracticable. Looking forward to a response. Thanks
