hey I am a 26 year old male I am 6 foot tall and weight 140lbs I sleep 10 hours a night and still very tired and have no energy to do nothing I have lost a lot of weight and I get chest pains some times and also have no appetite can you suggest what I do

You should check your thyroid since this is most common cause of such disorders in your age. Check hormonal values and do thyroids ultrasound for a start. if test is negative you should see rheumatologist for some more specific tests.
