I ve been noticing small symptoms in the last month - just wondering if I should go get checked out. Fatigue - though I ve been sleeping. Clear vaginal discharge, slightly smelly but no discomfort. Pale with more pronounced bags under eyes. Less appetite and some weight loss (just over 5 pounds). Emotional with mood swings (feverishly excited to unmotivated, borderline depressed). I am in school under some stress and have been running to counteract this. The change of diet from Christmas-time to school time could account for the weight loss. Could stress or a deficiency (iron or b12 - though I m careful to eat foods that contain these) account for the other symptoms - minus the vaginal discharge?
