What Causes Fatigue While On Synthroid, Vasotec And Simvastatin?

i am a diabetic for 41 years i am 54 now but the question i have is i am losing strengh and some wieght dont no why. my doctor ran a hole bunch of blood work but nothing was found. i take 3 different med .synthroid 100mg once a day. take vasotec once a day 10 mg and at night i take simvastatin 20 mg

Hi, welcome to health care. Diabetes is a disease that affects the whole body, and has many complications, among the most common related to the nervous system. You have not indicated if you take anti-diabetics so I assume that you do. If there is no other cause of your symptoms it is very likely that the problem is a diabetic polyneuropathy, and also you have lost weight (one of the cardinal symptoms of diabetes) you have to take into account a decompensation of diabetes. When a fasting blood glucose is normal the next step is to perform a glycosylated hemoglobin. If this is normal can be ruled out a decompensation and look for other causes but in your case it is necessary to rule out a polyneuropathy.
