What Causes Fatigue While Suffering From Low Thyroid Levels?

I was diagnosed with low thyroid about five years back. I take both generic T3 25mcg, and T4 200Mcg. my recent blood draw showed my TSH levels at .013.. The Normal Range is .45 -5.0. what does this mean, since I am on medication. and why am I so tired all the time

you have hypothyroidism, that is why you experience fatigue as it’s a symptom of hypothyroidism, and you lab reports show that your TSH levels are lower than normal that means the dose of thyroid hormones you are taking is not adequate, you can increase the dose to 100 microgram and repeat the labs after 3 months and if it has come to normal you can reduce the dose to 25 microgram every 3 months, it should help to tackle you symptoms as well
