What Causes Fatigue While Suffering From Osteoarthritis Of The Back And Neck?
fatigue. I have been diagnosed with mod. osteo arthritis of back and neck. I am a retired Medical Technologist of 40 years. I have app with RA Dr on May the fatigue is what is concerning me and mucscle pain in thighs, I will appreciate your opinion!!!!!
Fatigue is a nonspecific symptom and might be related to many health problems, starting with iron deficiency anemia, changes in blood values of glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, blood pressure changes etc.
Pain in thighs might be caused by nerve damage of the lumbar spine, due to the arthritis changes on your vertebrae.
First things to do in my opinion is to start by measuring your blood pressure and heart rate when you have these symptoms. I also suggest you do these analyses (complete blood count, blood glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol) and to consult the results with a family physician.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
