General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to the side effects of methotrexate.

Fatigue is a common side effect of Methotrexate.

If the symptoms last in time I recommend to consult your doctor for an alternative medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
