What Causes Fatigue While Taking Atenolol Along With Pravachol And Mucinex?

I take atenolol and pravachol daily. I switched from Claritin to Xertec recently due to respiratory/sinus problems from allergies. I also took mucinex. I experienced a lot of fatigue and wanted to know if it is caused by drug interaction with xertec.

It is not due to Zyrtec. Your symptoms are are due to the side effects of Pravachol. Although it is one of the best amongst its group of drugs, pravachol causes this muscle weakness and malaise.

You need to consult your physician for complete evaluation and reconsideration on prachol alternatives if possible in your case.

For sinus issues consult properly an Ottorhinolaryngologist. Only antiallergics isn't the cure. These are simply to relieve the symptoms only.
