Hi welcome to HCM.
Sensation of feeling your own heartbeat could likely result from the underlying arrhythmia. This can result in symptoms like low blood pressure and weakness.I advise you to have a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional screening echo to rule out organic heart disease.Electrophysiological study of the heart can lead to accurate assessment of this irregular rhythm. The definitive management would be drugs like beta blockers.Hydrate yourself adequately with 3-4 liters of water.Maintain blood pressure just under 130/80 mm of hg.Definitive management consists of radiofrequency ablation.
Thank you.
