What Causes Fatigue,body Pain And Brown Discharge During Urination?
I went into the e.r last night for not being well tired awful fatigue body aches headaches abdominal pain and some side pain and some other synptoms. I was initially thinking I got hit with mono. They didn t test for it tho I ve been feeling this way for a while. Today after I went to pee I wiped and it was like brown discharge that was stretchy . only saw it that one time. And then hr later to pee again I saw very tiny light red specks. I had my period it ended on the 15th started on the 10th they ve been weird lately starting late past 3 months and missed a full month . they told me my blood work was fine my urine was fine. I just wanna know what could be wrong . why am I in pain and always tired . I don t smoke nor drink have been stressing lately due to not knowing what s wrong with me.

* As per my clinical experience, the brown discharge indicates most likely vaginal or cervical infection where urine is clear and symptoms of fatigue, body pain and lower back ache are present
* My guidelines at present
- drink more liquids
- cranberry sachets
- potassium citrate liquid in glass of drinking water
- vitamin c containing organic fresh fruits, chewable vitamin c tablets
- vaginal hygienic care
- avoid prolong use of same tampons
- avoid intercourse if sexually active at present
- vaginal pessaries of fluconazole or others
- prescription of antifungal as fluconazole, antibiotics as cephalosporin with metronidazole or other as per the choice of your doc
- analgesic as ibuprofen or diclofenac after meals.
