I have been tired for a few years now. My husband and I just moved across country and the fatigue from that has been debilitating. I now am swelling in my ankles and I cannot get a good night's sleep. I thought I might be developing heart disease as I am about 80 pounds overweight. Tonight I stumbled on articles about iodine deficiency, same symptoms, and in addition my skin is very dry. I also tend to suffer from depression periodically and anxiety. We don't have a lot of money so maybe you have some advice as to where to start on this. I am so tired of being tired. I need to fix it.
