What Causes Fatigue,frequent Bowel Movements And Lack Of Appetite?

Im a 36 year old female who started experiencing upset stomach, nausea, frequent bowel movements, and fatigue. I have no appetite and get sick to my stomach when i smell food. Ive lost quite a bit of weight in the past 3 months. I dont understand whats wrong with me.

Gastro enteritis,irritable bowel syndrome, hypothyroidism,medication reaction ,diarrohea.all tese can cause these symptoms.thank you.
