What Causes Fatigue,headache,dizziness And Sore Gums?
Hi. I've been feeling rather crummy for a while now( since about Dec 26 or so), off and on. Just when I think I'm getting better it seems I am down again. Mostly the symptoms have been similar to cold/flu and maybe strep. Most recently the new symptoms (began about 4 days ago or so) are extreme fatigue, awful headache, dizziness and very swollen, sore gums.
It is likely that I may have a sinus infection but I have had many of them and don't recall this kind of issue with my gums.
With our insurance changing we now have a high deductible HSA and it is pretty much like having no coverage.
Don't want to waste money if this is just viral, but starting to feel a little concerned and overwhelmed.

You could have repeated viral infection or allergic infection of respiratory system in form of rhinitis , sinusitis or sore throat ...
Sinusitis like infection can lead reffred headache. ...
Symptomatic management done ....
For congestion relief you can take benadryl ....
Steam inhalation useful for sinus drainage ....
Turmeric powder added in hot milk useful for soothing....
CBC done ...If esosinophils more allergic is cause and for that Allegra like drug useful....
If symptom not resolving and long duration than antibiotic given and PNS and chest x tay done ....
