What Causes Fatigue,loss Of Balance And Dizziness?

I have type 2 Diabetes and neurapathy associated with the diabetes. Lately I feel very fatigued and lose balance and dizziness. I have trouble with climbing stairs and lifting small items without becoming winded and racing heart rate. What is going on?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms may not be due to diabetes but it may be due to vestibular dysfunction it can be tried in tentative basis with Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
