hello My 6 year old son has recently started pooping his pants everyday. he says he doesn t feel that he needs to go to the toilet. Sometimes I see him standing still clenching his bottom together but he says he doesn t need to go to the toilet.. My husband and I are going through a rough patch and im wondering if this could be a reason or if I should be worried.. He keeps the stool in his pants all day at school and does not tell anyne..
