What Causes Feeling Disoriented And Anxious After Increasing Cymbalta Intake?

I have been taking cymbalta 90 miligrams for about a year, 60 mg for a year before that. My doctor recently increased the does to 120 mg (about a week ago). I m feeling a little jumpy and have been waking up feeling a bit anxious. I m wondering if it s the increase? my body adjusting? Do I need to drop the dose back to 90 mg and if I do, would I go through withdrawal syndrome even being just a week into the updose. thanks so much for your help.
