What Causes Feeling Of Crust Formation On Concha Part Of Ear?

i feel like there is crust forming on the concha part of my ear. Im a teenager and I m not sure if it might be due to some sort of pimple, however it is in such a weird part of my ear that i cannot see what exactly it is. Do you have any idea what it might be?

It seems like an infectious boil.
Kindly consult a ENT doctor for medications like antibiotics Tablet Augmentin 375mg three times a day for 5 days. Along with that analgesics like Ibuprofen may be helpful.
