General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You need to have a fresh urinalysis for any signs of urinary tract infection or bladder infection like cystitis, and if so urine cultures and sensitivity tests may be needed to isolate the causative organisms and antibiotics they will likely respond to. Ultrasound pelvis and KUB may also be needed to look for cause of pressure sensation in lower abdomen and to look for any bladder stones.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
