What Causes Feeling Of Fullness In Bladder And Constant Urge To Urinate?
feels like bladder constantl full, urination uncomfortABLE, FEEL LIKE I AM TRYING TO PUSH A BABY OUT AS THE BLADDER EMPTIES.CONSTANT FEEL OF IRRITATION IN BLADDER AREA, AND PRESSURE TO URINATE? I AM A 66 YR OLD FEMALE, HAVE HAD RARE U.T.I EVERY FEW YEARS.
You need to have a fresh urinalysis for any signs of urinary tract infection or bladder infection like cystitis, and if so urine cultures and sensitivity tests may be needed to isolate the causative organisms and antibiotics they will likely respond to. Ultrasound pelvis and KUB may also be needed to look for cause of pressure sensation in lower abdomen and to look for any bladder stones.
