What Causes Feeling Of Heart Against The Chest, Anxiety And Sleeplessness?

Sometimes my heart feels like it beats against my chest, but when this happens and it s happened only 3 times in the last few days, it s only 1 or 2 beats like that. I ve been having really bad sleep lately. I have suffered from anxiety in the recent past and I had an utlrasound and several EKG s done last year. I also had a stress test done a few months ago and everything was fine.
