What Causes Feeling Of Heat Sensations All Over Body?
I am constantly hot.I can only be comfortable when our inside temperatures are between 65 degrees to a maximum of 68. When I m comfortable, the rest of my family suffers with being chilly. Sleeping is miserable as I can t be cool unless the bedroom is cold, a fan if on above the bed, and I throw off all covers. My pillow actually feels hot when I m trying to change positions to cool off.
